Contract overview
This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.
The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $2,600 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 10 months
As the Director of Human Resources at Masonic Village At Elizabethtown, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's human capital needs are met and aligned with its strategic objectives. Your expertise and experience in HR will be leveraged to support and drive the growth and success of our workforce.

Job Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Planning and Leadership:
- Develop and lead the implementation of HR strategies that align with organizational goals and contribute to the overall success of Masonic Village At Elizabethtown.
- Drive the culture of continuous improvement, ensuring HR initiatives are innovative and forward-thinking.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters to foster a positive work environment.
2. Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee the full cycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and proactively address staffing requirements.
3. Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster positive employee relations by effectively addressing and resolving workplace conflicts and issues.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and utilize data to drive improvements in organizational culture and employee experience.
4. Compensation and Benefits Administration:
- Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure compensation and benefits offerings are competitive within the industry.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.
5. Performance Management and Development:
- Design and implement effective performance management systems to drive employee performance and development.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance evaluations and setting goals.
- Identify and provide training and development opportunities to support employee growth and career progression.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
