This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.

The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

The Lutheran Home at Topton, A Diakon Senior Living Community- A picturesque senior living campus in northeastern Berks County, The Lutheran Home at Topton has existed since 1896. The Lutheran Home at Topton is seeking skilled and caring individuals to be part of Diakon's Many Hands One Heart team. Employees are able to use the free fitness center and beautifully landscaped campus with walking trails, as well as receive discounts at the Front Porch Café and Countryside Inn Restaurant. General Responsibilities:

Successfully directs and coordinates the overall operations of the campus to comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.

Establishes a reputation for being a premier senior living provider with high levels of customer satisfaction internally and externally, employee satisfaction, delivering innovative healthcare strategies and overall operational, clinical and financial performance.

Responsible for ensuring quality care and customer satisfaction is delivered to all residents, patients and their families.

Responsible for effective management of patient population in alignment with healthcare strategies within the post-acute and acute care arenas.

Responsible for the fiscal operations including revenue generation as well as expense management within the Healthcare Center. Ensures departments within their control effectively maintain and achieve budget targets including payroll, expense management, and revenue enhancement.


Education/Training:

A Bachelors degree in Health Care Administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, Human Services, Nursing, or a related field or equivalent experience required; Nursing Home Administrator's license required; Personal Care Administrator certification a plus.


Experience:

A minimum of five (5) years' experience in long-term care preferred.


Compensation and Benefits:
