As our HVAC Installer, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems for our clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing superior service and ensuring that HVAC systems are efficient and functioning properly. You'll work closely with our Project Manager and other technicians to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
• Installing HVAC systems according to specifications and industry standards
• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems
• Diagnosing malfunctions and performing repairs as necessary
• Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Working closely with the Project Manager and other technicians to ensure project completion on time and within budget
• Staying up-to-date with the latest HVAC industry trends and techniques
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three years of experience as an HVAC Installer
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Certification or license in HVAC installation and repair
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
