We are seeking a hardworking HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Great Dane Heating & A/C Inc. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our excellent reputation for providing top-notch service to our clients. As our HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment. You will also ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders while providing excellent customer service.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will spend your days performing service calls, completing repairs, and performing preventative maintenance. You will also interface with customers to explain repair needs and answer questions. This role requires a significant amount of physical work, including lifting and climbing ladders. You will be responsible for carrying and positioning tools and equipment. As the face of our company, you must possess excellent interpersonal skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to engage with customers professionally, regardless of their level of HVAC knowledge.
As our ideal candidate, you will have experience with HVAC repairs and maintenance, including the ability to diagnose and repair all types of HVAC systems. You possess excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills, work well under pressure, and have exceptional attention to detail. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a valid driver's license. We prefer a candidate who has completed HVAC trade school or has equivalent experience.
