- Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and other technical documents
- Conducting inspections and diagnostic tests to identify problem areas
- Taking accurate measurements and making calculations to ensure proper equipment selection and placement
- Collaborating with other members of the team to complete projects on time and within budget
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
