Facility:Work From Home - OhioDepartment:Managed Care ContractingSchedule:Full timeHours:40Job Details:Provides system expertise, education, analysis, and data management for the following applications used in patient accounts: EPIC and other applicable software applications. Responsible for patient account research/analysis and payer/contract variance reporting. Provides all contract system build within the Epic system. Will be Epic contract certified. Will monitor all contract activity within Epic and ensure all contracts remain updated and accurate.
Provide oversight of all payer contract obligations/reimbursement. Proactively identifies reimbursement issues that will impact hospital and professional revenue and financial reporting. Works closely with hospital accounting staff, CDM analyst, Patient Account managers, Contracting Manager, and Director of Patient Accounts. This analyst position will also be expected to review daily Epic reporting and statistics and provide direction to Patient Account variance staff on work queue volumes, solutions, and root cause analysis for payment variance issues. In addition to any duties as assigned.
Education:
• Associate degree in healthcare administration, Business Management or other related field is required
Experience:
• Revenue cycle experience preferred.
Certification/Licensure:
• Epic Resolute Billing Expected Reimbursement Contracts Administration Certification is required within 6 months of hire

Position requires working 5 days per week.
