Job Description: HVAC Service Technician at Munn's Sales & Service, Inc.
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Munn's Sales & Service, Inc. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for both residential and commercial customers.
You will be based out of our Fruitland Park, Florida location and will be an integral part of our team, helping us to deliver high-quality customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems
- Provide customers with a detailed explanation of any problems with their HVAC systems, along with an estimation of repair costs
- Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning and replacing filters, checking refrigerant levels, and calibrating thermostats
- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with relevant industry and safety standards
- Keep accurate records of all work performed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as an HVAC service technician
- Experience working with various types of HVAC systems, including split systems, package units, and heat pumps
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Knowledge of relevant industry codes and regulations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
