As a trusted heating and air conditioning expert since 1978, we are looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team.
We are seeking a self-driven individual who is knowledgeable in installing HVAC units, ductwork, and related equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation. You will be working closely with our clients to ensure their HVAC systems are running smoothly and efficiently, leaving them satisfied with the quality of our services.
As an HVAC Installer, you should be an excellent communicator and problem solver. You will need to have excellent attention to detail and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure that projects are completed within budget. You will also need to be comfortable working independently or as part of a team, supervising junior technicians, and reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals.
Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems.
- Install ductwork, piping, and related components.
- Assemble and install refrigeration systems and related equipment.
- Test systems to ensure they meet safety and environmental standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC system malfunctions.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
- Comply with all safety procedures and regulations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certification or associate's degree in HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in HVAC installation.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, ducts, and related equipment.
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work on-call, weekends, and overtime as needed.
