RN Supervisor Weekends

As an RN Supervisor Weekends at Peter Becker Community, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the weekend nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and directing nursing staff on weekend shifts.
• Assessing and coordinating resident care needs.
• Developing and implementing care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Providing guidance and support to nursing staff.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic resident care.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A valid RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
