Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems including but not limited to: air conditioning units, heating units, air ducts, and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical failures, malfunctions, and other complications.
• Perform system tune-ups, filter replacements, and other maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain diagnosis and repair options.
• Maintain accurate records of parts used, labor time and work performed.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC certification or license is preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience servicing commercial and residential HVAC systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and climb ladders when necessary.
