HVAC Service Technician

Position Summary:
We're seeking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for performing installations, maintenance, diagnosis, and repairs on our client's HVAC systems. You will be expected to bring a high level of professionalism and courtesy to each job, while ensuring that each client's needs are addressed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems according to company standards
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment
- Review service orders and ensure you have all the necessary tools and materials to complete each assignment
- Frequently update and maintain proper paperwork for completed work and accurately report accounts on a timely basis
- Follow all local codes and regulations
- Advise customers of recommended products and services to improve their HVAC system
- Keep abreast of new product developments and technical advancements in the industry
- Maintain and manage an accurate inventory of equipment and parts

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Holds an EPA Certification and other relevant certifications
- Possess HVAC-related certificate or degree
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working as an HVAC Service Technician
- Must be familiar with various HVAC systems and comfortable working with equipment such as pumps, chillers, and air conditioners
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and in extreme weather conditions
- A proficient problem-solver with excellent communication and customer service skills
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record
