What we are looking for:
We are looking for a detail-oriented HVAC Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems (HVAC).

Responsibilities:
• Install HVAC systems, ductwork, and other equipment according to specifications
• Repair and maintain HVAC systems as needed
• Perform various tests to ensure proper functioning of systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems
• Determine necessary equipment and supplies for each job
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Follow safety procedures and company protocols at all times
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as an HVAC installer or similar role
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Must have knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
