Job Description:

Forest City Nursing and Rehab - Forest City Personal Care is seeking Personal Care Home Administrators for our facility in Forest City, PA. As a Personal Care Home Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our personal care home.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards in the operation of the personal care home

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents

• Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of staff members

• Manage resident care and support services, ensuring the highest level of quality and resident satisfaction

• Collaborate with medical professionals, families, and residents to develop individualized care plans

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

• Monitor budgeting and financial management to ensure effective and efficient use of resources

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field (preferred)

• Valid administrator license as required by state regulations

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in a healthcare or senior living setting

• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to personal care homes

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
