We are looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Cousins Air, Inc. You will be responsible for performing diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and installations on residential and commercial HVAC systems. You will need to have a passion for continuously improving customer satisfaction and staying up-to-date on new technologies. We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing quality services.
Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot various HVAC systems
• Communicate effectively with customers about equipment operation and repair status
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical and control system problems
• Order and maintain inventory of parts and supplies
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines and minimize costs
Requirements:
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent
• 3+ years' experience in HVAC service
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Be available for on-call support and overtime work
• EPA certification is mandatory.
