Job Description
San Antonio Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Dietary Aide Evening. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in the overall nutritional care of our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with meal preparation and serving, ensuring all residents receive their meals in a timely manner
- Follow dietary restrictions and accommodate special dietary needs as directed by the Dietitian or Food Services Manager
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, dining areas, and food storage areas
- Stock and replenish food supplies and ensure proper rotation of perishable items
- Collaborate with the Food Services team to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a dietary or food service role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
