Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dining Services Associate to join our team. As a Dining Services Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents have an exceptional dining experience during their stay.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the preparation and serving of meals according to residents' dietary needs and preferences.
• Setting up and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Providing prompt and friendly service to residents and their guests.
• Assisting with dishwashing and kitchen cleaning duties as needed.
• Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborating with the culinary team to ensure efficient and smooth dining service.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Prior experience in a food service or healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work well within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
