Job Description: HVAC Installer
We are Buffington Brothers Heating and Air Conditioning Inc, a reputable and customer-focused company committed to delivering top-notch HVAC solutions to our clients. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for performing installation, repair, and maintenance services of HVAC systems and equipment in both residential and commercial settings. You will work closely with our team of professionals to ensure that installations are completed in a timely and efficient manner, meeting our clients' expectations.
Responsibilities:
• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance services of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Conduct thorough assessments of HVAC systems and equipment to determine the appropriate actions needed.
• Communicate with clients and ensure excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and schedule installation team activities.
• Abide by safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean working area and ensure that all equipment is kept in good condition.
• Attend training sessions to learn and implement new technologies and techniques.
Requirements:
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and upgrade skills on new technologies and techniques.
