Your Role
As the Director of Mission Integration & Spiritual Care, you will play a vital role in promoting our core values and ensuring their integration into all aspects of our organization. You will provide direction and leadership to our spiritual care team and work closely with other departments to develop and implement programs that align with our mission and enhance the spiritual well-being of our patients and staff.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to integrate our mission and values into all areas of the organization
- Provide guidance and support to the spiritual care team
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address the spiritual needs of patients
- Lead the development and delivery of spiritual care services
- Promote interdisciplinary collaboration and teamwork
- Establish and maintain relationships with local faith-based organizations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in spiritual care
Qualifications
- Master's degree in divinity, theology, or related field
- Ordained minister or equivalent certification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in spiritual care leadership role
- Strong understanding of healthcare ethics and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
