Call Center/Customer Service Rep

Adecco Staffing is seeking a friendly and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our clients call center team in Fort Myers, FL. This is an exciting temp to hire opportunity! Summary of Responsibilities o Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email o Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner o Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues o Monitor progress of delivery routes o Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps o Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders Skill Requirements Must-Have: Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience in a call center environment Strong customer service skills Ability to handle problem resolution and complaint resolution Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills High school diploma or equivalent 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations What's in it for you?
