As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems in a safe and efficient manner to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial properties
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment
- Identify and communicate the cause of equipment malfunctions or failures to customers
- Recommend proactive solutions to improve the performance and efficiency of HVAC systems
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while on the job site
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an HVAC certification program
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an HVAC technician
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed
