Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor residents' health and well-being
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide emotional support and maintain a compassionate and safe environment for residents
• Document residents' medical history, symptoms, and observations accurately

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Nevada
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing is preferred
