Job Description: HVAC Installer
New Berlin Heating & Air Conditioning is currently seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. As an established and reputable company serving New Berlin, Wisconsin and the surrounding areas, we are committed to providing exceptional HVAC installation services to our clients.
As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of a variety of heating and cooling systems in both residential and commercial settings. You will work alongside a team of professionals to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment in residential and commercial settings
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues
- Perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and concerns
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project success
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation
- Must be licensed and certified in HVAC
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
