LindenGrove Communities is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Activity Therapist to join our team in Berlin, Wisconsin. As a nonprofit provider of healthcare and senior residential services, LindenGrove is committed to enhancing the quality of care and life for the individuals we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement therapeutic programs and activities to meet the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive needs of residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess and identify individual resident needs
• Plan, organize, and lead group and individual therapy sessions
• Evaluate and document resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Ensure safety and adherence to regulations and best practices
• Engage with residents to foster positive relationships and promote overall well-being
• Provide guidance and support to Care Partners and volunteers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in therapeutic recreation or related field
• Current certification as an activity therapist
• Prior experience working with older adults in a healthcare or senior living setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement engaging and meaningful therapy programs
• Knowledge of regulations and standards related to therapeutic activities
