Job Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) at Cadia Rehabilitation Pike Creek, you will assist in providing rehabilitative services to patients under the direction of a licensed physical therapist. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing physical therapy treatment plans as prescribed by the supervising therapist.
- Assisting patients with therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility, strength, and function.
- Monitoring and recording patient progress during therapy sessions.
- Collaborating with the therapy team to develop patient treatment goals and strategies.
- Educating patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue therapy at home.
Job Requirements
