We're seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team in Grace, Idaho. As an HVAC Installer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers' comfort by installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems according to specifications and building codes.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent system failures and ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with customers.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in installing HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
