As a Food Service Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive delicious and nutritious meals that meet their dietary needs.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to established recipes and portion sizes.

- Ensure that food is presented in an appealing manner and meets quality standards.

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

- Communicate effectively with residents, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.

- Maintain inventory of food and supplies, and place orders as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well in a team environment.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

- Food Handler's Certificate is a plus.
