The primary purpose of your job position is the development and completion of resident assessments, audit and evaluate resident assessments by utilizing the computerized resident assessment system. To hold care conferences according to schedule. The company will help the right candidate to seek further education in areas of responsibility and to keep updated on regulation in accordance with the requirements of this state and the policies and goals of this facility.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, computer entry skills (Excel Spreadsheets), and professional communication skills. Candidate must be a team player and proactive with assigned responsibilities.
