As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance, repairs, and installations on a wide range of HVAC systems. Your main goal is to ensure that our customers' systems are running efficiently and effectively, providing a comfortable and safe environment year-round. You will work closely with our customers and other team members to diagnose problems, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, furnaces, and heat pumps
- Diagnosing problems and providing solutions, recommending upgrades or replacement as needed
- Installing new equipment, including ductwork and other necessary components
- Providing excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction with our services
- Keeping accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and trends

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- EPA certification and other relevant certifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to read and follow technical manuals and schematics
- Great customer service skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
