Contract overview
This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.
The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $700 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 5 months
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the delivery of resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Reviewing resident medical records to ensure nursing practice provided is within State and Federal guidelines
- Reviewing all referrals for consultation, treatment, or resolution of problems that are valid and applicable to the documented nurse plans
- Evaluating and monitoring resident responses to daily implementation of nursing care to ensure the provision of resident care plans are met
- Implementing physician's orders, nursing interventions, and procedures as needed for the care of the resident
- Seeking opportunities for professional growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain competency levels
- Setting and implementing goals and policies consistent with the philosophy and purpose of FutureCare’s nursing facility
- Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland
- 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or long-term healthcare facility is a plus
- Must possess a current CPR license
