Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Dothan, Alabama. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment for both residential and light commercial customers. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting the company's reputation for quality service.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment including air conditioners, furnaces, boilers, and heat pumps
- Perform regular maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and replacements
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of service calls and invoices
- Follow company safety protocols and regulations
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in HVAC technology and techniques

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service
- EPA certification preferred
- Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of HVAC equipment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
