Athens Nursing And Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our facility, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet all individuals entering the facility with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member.
• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of visitors and access to the facility.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Collaborate with other staff members to provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using office equipment, such as phone systems, computers, and printers.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
• Familiarity with basic computer software programs, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
