Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC installer to join our team in Eastman Georgia. As an HVAC installer, you will be responsible for the installation of HVAC systems, ducts, and related components. Your primary goal is to provide our clients with high-quality installations that ensure the reliable and efficient performance of their equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units
- Ensure that all components, including ducts and vents, are installed in accordance with local codes and standards.
- Evaluate job sites and develop installation plans to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency
- Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure proper operation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, including system configurations, component layouts, and installation timelines.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation
- Understanding of HVAC systems and components.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
