This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.

The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Market price: $1,000 USDEst.

Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 10 months

Hubbard Hill Estates is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Front Office Manager. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.


Responsibilities:


As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the front office operations. This includes managing a team of front desk staff, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests, responding to guest inquiries and concerns, and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the lobby area.


You will also be responsible for managing the reservation system, coordinating guest arrivals and departures, and maintaining accurate records of room availability. Additionally, you will handle billing and payment processing, as well as provide assistance to guests with special requests or concerns.


As part of your role, you will be required to collaborate with other departments within the organization, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure that guest needs are met and that any issues are promptly addressed. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring front desk staff, and evaluating their performance to ensure optimal customer service delivery.


Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a similar position and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.


Proficiency in computer systems, including reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite, is required. A customer-oriented mindset and the ability to resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations professionally are also necessary.


A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role, and a degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in a senior front desk position or in hotel management will be considered an advantage.
