Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
RANSOM HTG is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Steelville Missouri. As our HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting problems with various HVAC systems, preparing cost estimates, and making necessary repairs or replacements. You will work closely with our team of professionals to determine the most efficient and effective solutions for our clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional customer service with each interaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation.
- Ability to diagnose and repair various HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, ductwork, and refrigeration.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems to determine necessary repairs or replacements.
- Provide accurate and timely estimates for repair costs.
- Install, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Work closely with team members to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
