St. Joseph Manor, a key long term care facility and part of Redeemer Health, is seeking a Recreation Therapist. In this position, you will plan, coordinate, and conduct a therapeutic recreation program tailored to the needs of adult and geriatric residents on caseload with the goal of improving the physical, mental, and social well-being of the resident. Specific duties include preparing reports, documenting in the Medical Records, MDS etc., serving as a member of the IDC Team, and coordinating Interdepartmental collaboration for effective programming.

Requirements:

BS Degree (or related Bachelor’s Degree)
CTRS eligible (Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist) or currently CTRS certified.
Three (3) years of experience in Recreation Therapy field with adult/geriatric population preferred.
