Pay and Hours

- $18/HR Base Rate

- Shift Diff 3rd shift (wkend $5 and wkday $5)

- Shift Diff 2nd shift (wkend $2.50 and wkday $2.50)

- Shift Diff 1st shift (wkend $0.50)

- 2nd and 3rd shifts open

- Full Time and Part Time

- PRN open to ALL shifts

Job Responsibilities

- Assists residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.

- Assists residents in preparing for and transporting to and from medical appointments, activity, and social programs.

- Checks resident’s vital signs, measures weight and height, and records data as instructed; reports any variances to Charge Nurse.

- Answers resident call lights promptly to attend to needs; frequently checks those who are unable to call for help.

- Performs restorative and rehabilitative procedures, as instructed. Assists residents to walk with or without self-help devices, as instructed.

Requirements

- High school diploma/GED or combination of school and experience.

- Active CNA license in the state of Pennsylvania.

- Current CPR certification.
