Position: Dietary Aide - Full Time

We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Dietary Aide to join our team at Regency Care Of Silver Spring. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents receive nutritious and delicious meals. This is a full-time position with a schedule from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve meals to residents according to their dietary needs and restrictions
• Assist in the set-up and cleaning of the dining area
• Ensure food is prepared and stored in accordance with food safety regulations
• Collaborate with the dietary team to meet the nutritional needs of residents
• Monitor and record food and beverage temperatures
• Assist with inventory control and restocking of supplies
• Adhere to infection control policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Dietary Aide or in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
