A Stepping Stone Air Conditioning & Heating is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Installer to join our team in Plant City, Florida. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and upgrading HVAC systems for our valued customers.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Installing HVAC systems, including ducts, registers, grilles, and piping.
- Ensuring proper system operation and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Diagnosing and repairing HVAC system issues.
- Collaborating with customers and team members to ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records of all work performed.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least two years of experience in HVAC installation.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work.
- A customer-focused mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work on-call and weekends, as needed.
