Dietary Aide | Kaplan Healthcare Center

Kaplan Healthcare Center is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Dietary Aide to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care and nutrition for our residents.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals following prescribed menus and portion control standards.

- Set up dining areas, including tableware and condiments.

- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas.

- Follow dietary restrictions and guidelines for residents as directed by the Registered Dietitian.

- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.

- Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in food service or healthcare setting preferred.

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation guidelines.

- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
