Job Description

Regal Issaquah Highlands is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in Washington DC. As a member of our Floor Staff, your primary responsibility will be to ensure our guests receive exceptional service. You may be assigned to work in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher. It is essential that you represent Regal in a manner that is consistent with our mission statement and policies, including regular attendance, handling of emergency situations, general cleaning duties, and compliance with our company dress code.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

For each position, your duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Operating the POS system and handling cash transactions with accuracy
• Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
• Preparing and cleaning concession equipment
• Complying with local, state, and federal food safety laws
• Understanding and enforcing MPAA rating system
• Responding to phone calls and guest inquiries
• Tearing tickets, directing patrons, and managing crowd control
• Conducting in-theater inspections
• Performing auxiliary sales as directed
• Cleaning auditoriums and maintaining cleanliness of theater areas
• Monitoring vending equipment and assisting with opening/closing duties

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following qualifications are required:

• Completion of cast certification program
• Ability to obtain required alcohol certification and training where applicable
• Readiness to learn and understand training materials on subjects such as sexual harassment and discrimination

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this job include standing, walking, sitting, using hands to handle objects, reaching, and talking or hearing. You may occasionally be required to climb, lift up to 60 pounds, and inspect backpacks. The vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
