Job Summary

As an RN Unit Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage a 34 bed unit with a 1 Nurse to 15 Patient ratio. You will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the daily nursing activities performed by nurses and nursing assistants. It is essential that you adhere to current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

To qualify, you must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment. Additionally, you must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related healthcare facility. Your responsibilities will include providing direct nursing care, supervising nursing activities, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Shift and Wage

This is a full-time opportunity with a shift schedule of Monday through Friday. You will also participate in an on-call rotation once every 3 weeks. The hourly wage for this position ranges from $44.00 to $46.00, and you will receive a sign-on bonus of $5,000 paid out in installments.
