Our client in the market research industry is seeking a Remote Part-Time Outbound Call Center Representative to join their team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be part of the data collection team supporting important research initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Job Title: Remote Call Center Representative Location: Birmingham, AL (Remote) Pay Range: $12/hour What's the Job? Conduct outbound calls to customers to complete surveys, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor. Follow provided scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in data collection. Record responses accurately in our survey platform and ensure data integrity. Engage with customers to encourage participation and explain the purpose of the surveys. Manage call schedules effectively to meet daily or weekly targets. Address any questions or concerns from respondents in a clear and courteous manner. Collaborate with team members to improve survey processes and methodologies. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus. Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly phone presence. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Comfortable using technology and online survey tools. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
