Housekeeper - Poplar Run

Position: Housekeeper

As a Housekeeper at Stoneridge Poplar Run, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment for our residents. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Performing general cleaning duties in resident rooms, common areas, and various facility areas
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of supplies and equipment
• Adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring a safe environment for both residents and staff
• Assisting with laundry services and ensuring proper handling of residents' personal items
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests and reporting any facility or equipment issues to the appropriate personnel

Requirements:

In order to excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping experience in a similar setting is preferred
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
