Overview:
Bay Area Air Conditioning, Inc. is seeking an experienced and reliable HVAC Installer to join our team in Crystal River, Florida. As a leading air conditioning and heating service company, we are committed to delivering the highest quality of services to our clients throughout the region.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair HVAC systems, including refrigeration and air conditioning units
- Perform system checks and preventative maintenance routines
- Consult with clients to recommend appropriate equipment for their needs
- Troubleshoot problems, diagnose issues and implement effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, time worked, and repairs made
- Complete all work safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulations and company policies.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an HVAC installer or similar role
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
- Strong understanding of local and state HVAC codes and regulations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must possess a valid driver's license
