As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in our customers' homes and businesses. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing high-quality installations and exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems according to specifications and company standards
- Test installed systems to ensure they are functioning properly
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues that may arise during installation
- Work closely with customers to ensure their needs are being met
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in HVAC installation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
