Job Description: HVAC Service Technician

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients in Monroe, Connecticut. You will utilize your knowledge and expertise to diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure our clients’ comfort and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC systems, including heating, air conditioning, and ventilation units.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify any potential issues or malfunctions within a HVAC system.
• Utilize your knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration, and air flow principles to diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain system issues and necessary repairs.
• Complete service tickets, work orders, and other necessary documentation accurately.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of HVAC training program or apprenticeship.
• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
