Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Schwantes Heating & Air Conditioning is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a leading provider of heating and cooling solutions, our company is dedicated to providing exceptional services to our customers in Stillwater, Minnesota.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks for commercial and residential HVAC systems. You will work directly with our customers to diagnose and resolve their HVAC issues.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting installation, repair, and maintenance tasks for HVAC systems
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC issues
• Providing excellent customer service and support
• Ensuring project timelines and deadlines are met
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed
• Attending technical training sessions and staying up-to-date on advances in HVAC technology
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as an HVAC technician
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
