Aston Carter is seeking a 3 Global Category Managers on a REMOTE basis - Responsible for Facilities, Professional Services, and IT departments. Description: A global category manager is responsible for managing a specific category of products or services across multiple countries or regions: Developing strategies Create and execute strategies for the category, including sourcing plans, negotiation strategies, and cost models Managing supplier relationships Lead negotiations with suppliers, and manage complex multi-year supplier relationships Analyzing market conditions Research and analyze market and delivery conditions to determine material availability and industry trends Driving cost savings Implement cost-saving measures, such as preferred supplier programs and effective T&C structures Collaborating with other departments Work closely with other departments, such as finance, operations, and sustainability Report on KPIs, project statuses, and market changes to internal stakeholders Identifying opportunities Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in procurement processes Reviewing contracts Review key agreements and contracts to protect the company's interests About Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
