Pruitthealth-Elkin is currently seeking a motivated and compassionate PRN CNA to join our dedicated team. As a PRN CNA, you will provide essential care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitoring and documenting vital signs
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assisting with ambulation and transfers
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care
• Maintaining a clean and organized living environment for residents
• Adhering to all federal, state, and facility regulations and guidelines

Requirements:

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of North Carolina
• Previous experience in a long-term care facility or nursing home is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-oriented approach
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
• Basic computer skills
