Job Description: HVAC Installer at Arctic Heating & A/C
Arctic Heating & A/C is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. Our company has been providing top-notch air conditioning, heating and refrigeration services to the residents of Madisonville, Kentucky for many years and we are dedicated to providing our customers with exceptional service and high-quality products. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
- Install various HVAC systems, including ductwork, air conditioning units, and furnaces
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and provide solutions
- Test and verify system performance
- Accurately record job details and equipment readings
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, guidelines, and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- HVAC installation experience
- Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including electrical and plumbing
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and schematics
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and regulations
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
